If you need to buy something from these people do not order it for delivery. only buy from them if you can go to the store itself.

Reason i am posting this is that on referral from another member here i ordered a kreg mini jig from them. the price that they charged for shipping is 5x the actual cost to ship. and they shipped it via 4th class mail (didnt even know there was a 4th class mail option) they are clearly jacking shipping costs up to pad their profit margin.

Oh and they sat on my order for 4 days before deciding it would be a good idea to ship it.

I have ordered and received lots of items from them and never had any sort of problem with either the shipping charges or timeliness. Can't imagine what happened with your order.

I haven't ordered online from them, but had a slight issue, talked to the manager and was promptly dealt with to satisfaction. I would call the store and let them know about your displeasure of shipping costs, and delays. The in store staff have all been helpful, I have asked a lot of dumb questions, but they always take time to help me.

im sure the in store experience is a great one,, just this overpricing the shipping is for the birds,, i shot them an email about my feelings on the matter.. 6.99 shipping 6.25 of which is handling costs. they basically told me tough tiddy.

with my painting business when shipping i always charge actual rate. heck the post office sends out boxes by the cord and rolls of tape in multi packs for free. oh they will also come to your door and pick them up too free of charge. i dont use that last bit though since the post office is so near to me.

oh yeah lowes has the kreg jigs, screws bits clamps and everything kreg for less than rocklers online price, was in there last night for a router bit bearing clamp and saw a whole kreg display there

For those who own a Kreg Jig replacement drill bits are cheaper from Grizzly than from Rockler :D Danny
