I've used this one for years...using the coal bed of a fire, I have cooked a whole Roast, whole chicken, Pork loins, Baked cakes, potatoes and biscuits, pretty much anything a regular oven can do.....(Just have to downsize to what will fit in the oven space).

That's brilliant! Using spray paint caps to hold the rolled flashing together for transport is very crafty.
