I'm going to try to make this trip the maiden voyage for "Mental Floss"...IF I'm still sane by then, LOL! Work has been crazy the past few months. :?

Now I just need to get that pesky hatch installed!

Just use Duct and packing tape if you have to. Glad to hear you are going to try to make it. Brang a yak!
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

What are you worried about? You have two weeks! Some people have built trailers in less time than that.

Just kidding. Hope you can get it campable. Just remember, it isn't worth risking putting it on the road if it isn't ready, and by that, I mean safely towable and pretty much water tight so an unexpected rain doesn't mean re-doing a lot of hard work. Looking forward to seeing your trailer, but not before it should be seen. I hope you can get enough done is the few days you have available to work on it.

Note to Peg

Postby Cindy » Mon Jun 16, 2008 12:23 pm

Peg,
I agree. Don't put her on the road before she's able. You don't want to pick her up off of the highway. We put the bluebonnet on the road before she was road worthy and grew to regret it with road wear needing to be repaired while we were still building. See you there anyway.

No way will I bring it if it isn't water tight or towable. I had rain showers this past weekend at my house so wasn't able to seal with epoxy. I sure was hoping to get it on. I hope I can this coming weekend.I still will come if I have to bring my popup again. If only I could take a few days off from work. That's not going to happen where I work. I do need a vacation. Looking forward to seeing you all again. :) Peg

You had rain? I remember hearing some thunder, but never got a drop.
