This one is called the "Weekender". That's because the body can be built in 1 weekend. The body is made completely out of plywood, glued and screwed together. It sits on a Harbor Freight trailer, which is built on a different weekend. Last, but not least, you paint the exterior, bolt on the windows, roof vent, tail lights, hinges etc and you're ready to go. Total built time, 3 weekends. So who's gonna prove that I am right?
BTW, other than 2 pieces of 4x10 for the sides, everything else is built out of 4x8 sheets. And I don't show the detail on the drawing, but the interior of the door is framed on the inside, and the seal is between the door and the frame. Oh, btw, there are no cabinet doors anywhere. Just rounded openings for easy access!
What do you think?
