I'm ready also, buying more goodies for IRG2.0.
Our 20 year old is coming for a free ride. A best friend lives an hour away and is coming to Petit Jean to pick Cassidy up for the weekend.

Hopefully the other daughter will stay home that weekend to take care of all the pets

See ya all soon

Hate to miss this one, as it was our first
gathering last year, but it is too close to our Western Trip that ends up at the IRGII. Hope to see everyone at LCGIII.

I wanna see....

Postby Captain Jones » Mon Jun 16, 2008 4:44 pm

I am a newbie to this list with my first post. I would like very much to come by and see/inspect/evaluate/ and in general educate myself about teardrops. Would you guys and gals allow someone from West Kentucky to make the trip over and kinda join in?

Movie At PJ?

Postby Cindy » Tue Jun 17, 2008 7:39 am

Dave usually has movie night. Does anybody have any requests. He can get almost any movie ever made if he can find it. Do keep in mind that movies shown outside must be rated G, PG, or PG-13. The older and campier the movie, the better. :woohoo: Let me know soon. We are leaving Wednesday night. :applause:

Well, our plans have changed. Donna had an appointment today in Little Rock with a specialist and the news wasn't good. We have to return Friday for more tests and finalize the arraingments for a biopsy, so we will see everyone Friday evening and stay at the Lodge for the night. We will have to leave early in the afternoon on Sat. so we will miss the pot luck dinner.
Just when we think we have life going our way, it seems like something always either stands in the way our knocks you so far back that it seems that you must start all over again
Wish us luck folks and we will see you all Friday. :worship:

Bad News

Postby Cindy » Tue Jun 17, 2008 9:34 pm

From someone who has been there and done that many times, I feel for you. Do know that a biopsy doesn't have to mean something bad. I have had several including one that was sure to be lung cancer - no deal. Even if it is something, it doesn't mean the end of the world. It may mean a bump in the road but life does go on. I will pray for you and yours. Talk to me at camp. I live with several diagnoses and live each day to the fullest possible.
