Lady Tear Droppers, drop in and say "Hello"!

This is where the gals can have their very own discussions...

:applause:  Hey Pam have a wonderful trip. I sure wish I could jump up and go too.

I have one pile to go. Boy am I old. My neighbors were in the pool and playing the "If you think I'm sexy" song. I started to set fire to the stack instead of the burn place. Didn't want to smoke them out though. Just held my laugh and came inside.  I really don't like that song.

Have fun Pam and Sam! We'll be looking forward to the trip photos!

So Miriam, I am guessing you're not a Rod Stewart fan? Were they singing along?

 I love some of Rod Stewart's songs just---well it is one of those "you gotta see this" things! And I was hot, tired and ticked at some teenyboppers soooooooooo. Tripped my giggle response. 8)

Pam, I am dancing around my kitchen for you...really, I am. I am dancing to BR549's song, Little Ramona's Gone Hillybilly Nuts. I am singing "the Cherry Drops going camping tomorrow". I'm really tired, almost like a kid on sugar right before bed. Anyway, I'm excited for you and can't wait to hear all about it when you get back. Tell Sam and all the rest hi.

Have a wonderful, fun filled, adventure but stay away from the big old nasty bears. I get the heeb-jeebies thinking about them.

:cheerswine: Let the good times roll Miss Pam!

Well, ladies, you're gonna kill me. I took some pics of the Cherry Drop and the Turtle...and lost my download cord. I've been looking for 3 days now.

Met up with Pam and Brandie on Thursday in Cody, then through Yellowstone Friday and Saturday on to Butte. Hey Becca, we did see the big ol' backside of a griz as he waddled away. I always thought "away" was a good thing in a bear, but I'd have liked to look a little more. Caught just a bit of the National Folk Festival here, and then Pam and Brandie pulled out Sunday morn, leaving me and the Turtle all alone again. :(

Hi Sam,
Isn't Pam and Brandie the greatist? And isn't the Cherry Drop the cuteist little Tear Drop? Glad to hear you had a good time Sam.

Have Fun

Awww Sam, it sounds like you guys had a great time. But, the griz would have been looking at my backside with fire under my feet!! I would have looked like the Roadrunner, hauling butt.

Where is Pam going to end up before she comes home? How cool that she gets to travel for a month. I just wish it would quit raining so I can just open my camper.

Talked to Pam on Sunday. She had a little van trouble in Idaho and spent an extra night there before she was back on the road Monday mid morning. She has made it safely to Oregon and is visiting with Bruce (Traveler). Not sure of her timeline, but she's heading down to the Mendocino Gathering before hitting the IRG.

I'm leaving on Saturday heading that way myself! I cannot wait! I'm loving my new job here in Minot ND, but am soooo ready for some serious camping!!

I haven't been writing much lately, but I've been keeping up to date with all you beautiful ladies are doing...

Take care and hope to meet up with some of you soon!

xoxo

I'm starting to stress about whether everything will fit in my SUV and what I'm going to forget to pack! (I always stress before leaving on a trip like this). We are leaving on Sunday, staying overnight in Reno, then head out through Susanville and over to Fortuna. I can't wait to set my lawn chair out under the trees and just relax. Of course there's going to be a lot of cooking going on while we are there. My friend, Kelly, and I are going to be teaching a couple of Dutch Oven classes while we are there. It should be a lot of fun. Dean, Joanie and the whole team put on a great event last time and I think this one is going to be just as wonderful. Oh yeah, this time I get to take my own trailer!

Shelly and Joanne, great to see you both back on the forum! :) Shelly, glad to hear you are loving your new job...that always helps when you move to a freeeezzzzzing part of the country.

IRG sounds like such a cool gathering. I hope you gals have a fab-u-lus time. Please take lots of pics. And, if you can, send a picture to my email and I will print one for travel book.

Peg, congratulations on your first camp out with your TD! Did you make your "this n' that list"? The "don't forget this next time", "dont' take that next trip" list? I am learning that I just don't need everything that I
want. I just love "stuff"...you know what I mean ladies?
