Have fun looking and keep us in lots of picture when you get going cause they keep the bubble oil level and the mad ones happy.

Hey Willy! Needless to say I'm over here too. There are a couple of us talking about building chuckwagons. I have an axle, springs, wheels, etc sitting in the back yard that I'm considering using as the foundation of my build. I'm still going back and forth on the design. One design would be a simple utility style trailer with modifications for cooking. My other design would try to bring elements of old cowboy chuckwagons with the rear fold down table and cooking box.
The utility type design would be more practical for hauling tables, awnings and cooking equipment, but the chuckwagon design would be a lot more fun.
