Newbie from Delaware

Hello all! Newbie from Wilmington, DE here.

A friend (Willy, from Shropshire, England  ) turned me on to this site after yacking with him about the Teardrops. I've been wandering around here for a couple of days now, and just had to sign up. 8) Very cool site! I'm amazed at the volume of info I've gathered in the short time I've been here. With any luck, I'll be able to get started on my own TT in the near future. Cant see as how I could avoid it. ;)

Anyway, just wanted to say HI, and start to get to know you all.

Take care,

CK

Hope you will soon be able to make the sparks and sawdust fly! You will find almost anything pertaining to teardrops and tiny travel trailers on this site. If you don't find what you are looking for just post and someone will almost always answer with the opinions, ideas, and technical data you are looking.

If you haven't settled on a design the Hall Of Fame, Generic Benroy Plans and the Personal Albums of other members will give you countless ideas and probably a lot of motivation to get started. Be sure to document your build with pictures (some members keep a journal too) as I'm sure you will want to keep a record of such a life changing event.

Image to the playground CK. You can tell right off we are not into typing long names huh. Looking forward to the pictures and seeing what you decide to build. Look around a lot because almost anything goes and you will want to only make one. or two or..........

There really isn't a cure for the addition so you must keep the bubble oil level with lots of :pictures: :pictures: :pictures: and threat the symptoms with lots and lots of sawdust.

Welcome, CK. This TD business is kind of like getting a bad case of hives. You just have to scratch. However, unlike hives, it is a blast!

Once you start, don't forget the pictures.... 8)
God Bless

Hello again, and thanks for the welcome. I'm still mulling over the chassis and basic design thing at this point, although I may have found something on eBay that might be just what I'm looking for! :D If it works out, I may be attempting a monster! I'll let you know how it goes. As for pics, I just got a new camera, so that shouldn't be problem. 8)

Thanks again, and cheers,

CK
