Things that don't fit anywhere else...

We just rescued this one. Some heartless fool dropped her off near one of my son's. Guess who got her!!

Prolly about 6 mo. old (according to the vet). Maybe some Jack Russell and Pit Bull???? Prolly grow to about 30-35 lbs. She's got a lot to learn about getting along with Penny.

This thread is so warm, cute and fuzzy!

[quote="Jason and Amanda"]This is Buddy, we adopted him from the humane society about a year ago. He was dropped off after nipping at kids after his home was also an in home daycare (who'd a thunk it). He was adopted and then returned within the "trial period" time frame. There he sat, so we brought him home and I tell you what. He's been amazing for us. The only quirk he has is that he ran when we called his original name so we changed it, and he will not let anyone touch his head but us, so when he gets groomed a looks a little silly

Can anyone tell what he is? We know that he is at least part or half schauzer, what do you all think the rest of him might be? Those pics don't tell much but his tail is long, sticks straight up and curls over itself. And he has SUPER long legs and can jump about 4' vertical. I think he is part jack russell... but we don't know for sure.

From left to right we have jaimy (norwitch terrior), me, my partner Diana, and Jacky( a border terrier). It looks to me like your buddy might be part border terrier like our jacky all the way on the right. buddy has the same head size and shape which is unique to the border. It would also describe the long legs and jumping ability. Does buddy have loose skin? also a border trait.
Jacky was a stray i found at the school I work at. She had a collar but no tag and no chip. when I picked her up for the first time she cuddled into me and put her head on my shoulder.....how could I resist? Jaimy was store bought. we were just out shopping one day and we made the mistake of walking in a pet store "just to look" and we walked out with Jaimy. Best 300 dollars I ever spent.

I need to load pictures of mine.I haven't done that since replacing a crashed computer.I currently have 6 Yorkshire Terriers.#'s 3,5,6,8,10, and 11.All but 2 are/were rescues and no I don't breed.I am a BIG guy and had never had small dogs until about12 years ago when I married.I can not imagine being without a Yorkie in the house, yard, shop whereever.
An elderly neighbor once asked me if that was a dog when walking "Token" my main girrl. In a streak of oneryness I replied"No,it's a Hampster,I felt like a challenge and wanted to leash train it!";)

Joseph, I know you had some great times with your baby. You looks like you all were Lewis and Clark re-enactors.

this is Maggie aka I BYTE or Cujo. As long as you don't touch her she is fine but try to pet her and she will bite. Treats tend to lessen how much blood is let. My parents always had Bostons.
