LCG III Name Tags EDITED!!!

Postby Mary K » Wed Jul 30, 2008 1:56 pm

Howdy Folks, I am starting a list for the name tags for Glenn (Caseydog) and I will be needing some info from y'all.

If you would, please send me a PM listing:

- Site number
- First name (or nickname you go by)
- The names of the other campers on your site.

I guess if you would like your last name on the tag you can list that too, but it is not necessary.

Thanks for your help!! :dancing

Mk

EDIT: Please Read...
We have decided to make tags for everybody's dogs. So, if you are bringing your best friend along, make sure you PM me with their name. Otherwise, any dog lost without a name tag will be coming home with me to P'cola. :R

Thanks to "e" for this great idea.

Mk

Oh goody, we get tags so we don't forget who we are
Just an idea, for us newbies, the tags should also include our screen names so that we can associate names with faces.

Are there going to be pictures on the tags like the past two years?

Thanks Mary K for taking on the task of nametags - by the end of the gathering I may need my tag to remind me of who I am! - lol

Mary K-
I sent you a pm with our info for the name tags. Shouldn't have done it so soon. Lucas has found out that the National FFA Convention will be that same week. He will attend as one of our local officers. So he won't be able to attend LCG, again! Right now, Lance and I will be attending by ourselves. Will let you know if that changes.

Don't sweat it. If we make a tag and he doesn't come, it's not a big deal.

Note to all: Better to ere on the side of having too many tags than not enough. Send MaryK the names of all you believe will attend. It won't hurt anything if someone doesn't make it.

:( I only have two days of vacation left this year, and I'm trying to hang on to them so I can visit my Dad at Christmas. With my work schedule, I won't know until a week (two at the most) before the event if I will be able to attend. If I can make it, it will probably be only Friday night through Sunday morning. Even if I have to stay off-site and drive in just for the festivities, will I be able to come out and play with y'all?? I don't need a name tag or t-shirt or any of that, just want to meet some TD'ers!!

The first LCG that I know I will definitely be free for is LCG VIII!!! 1627 days until retirement!!!

Shucks..... according to Google, it's only 6 1/2 hours. I've driven 6 hours both ways in one day to surprise my daughter in New Orleans, so this should be a piece of cake!!

For better or worse..... put me in Site #9 Friday and Saturday night!!

That leaves Sites 1, 3, 5, 7 and 67 open!!

Now whether I'm in the tear or the SST depends on how busy I get making it towable and campable.
