Mendocino Coast Gathering / Head count?

California, Nevada, Utah & Arizona includes Nor. Cal, So. Cal, and Arizona Tearjerkers Chapters

Postby Esteban » Fri Jul 18, 2008 8:43 pm

Lee, I'm packing the car tonight. Will get going Sat. morning for a Sunday arrival at Albion Campground. The TD isn't finished or campable. So, I'll be bringing a tent. Maybe that'll open up a little room. Really looking forward to seeing a beautiful part of the state for my first time. See you all in 2 days! Wishing everyone safe travels.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!

I am probably going to be there saturday night around 6 or 7 pm.

The race track is broen down and ready to laod on the van. I still have to finish my teardrop racer  Nothing like waiting to the last minute.

It has been getting chilly at night the last few nights so remember a warm coat & fire wood if you have it.

I think I broke a bone in my foot or something so I am not going to Albion. i will pamper my foot and go to IRG. That will make some room at Albion. See everyone at Pamplin.

Can't leave on Sunday as I wanted to do. I'll be coming to Mendicino on Monday. I should be there mid afternoon. Hope there will be a spot.

Fort Brag Advocate News article "Mendocino, Albion 08"

I wrote Tony Reed and asked him for the URL's relating to the
Albion Gathering headed uP by Lee Bryant.

Here is his reply:

Hey Steve--
The article can be found at mendocinobeacon.com More photos can be
found by clicking the DotPhoto link on the same page and a video has been
uploaded to YouTube that can be found by searching Albion Teardrop 2008.
So far we have gotten a lot of positive response to the article.

I hope it meets your approval,

I want to thank everyone who took the time to come to the 3rd Mendocino Coast Campout and the 10th IADY. It was a pleasure to meet new people as well as see the "regulars".

The total for this year was 26 trailers, 4 Tents, and several teardrop visitors.

I forgot to get a group photo this year; but did take a few pictures. Here is a link.
