Newbie from Canada!

Postby Bandit58 » Mon Jul 28, 2008 10:44 am

Hello from a newbie,

I've been introduced to the Teardrops on the last car show I went to in Syracuse NY and just fell in love with the design and convenience of these TTT. From there, I started to surf the web on the topic and found this great site. Lots to discovered before starting to build my own!

:D

Cheers

Welcome, Norm! Be sure to look at the various albums the good folks here share, as well as Mike's super valuable input at the home page

http://www.mikenchell.com/

If possible, do lots of thinking about what matters to you before you build. I'm 6"4" and 225, so cabin room was my number 1 priority, while the galley storage was #1 for my beloved. She likes to do her cooking on the picnic table, so built in's were not required, but counterspace was. And it is always very important to consider the tow vehicle.

Of course, once you get started, take lots of pictures!
God Bless

Cliff

Hi Norm,

I'm new here also. I was lucky enough to find a teardrop for sale in my area. I had been looking for awhile for some sort of small travel trailer. I had seen a T@B at a dealership but the price was just silly. But it did get me thinking it was how I wanted to travel. Good luck to you with your plans.
