What a great looking build! All the interior is pre-finished and looking top notch...the shop area is cleaned and just a couple of complimentary clamps indicating some work is being done....I need to take lessons on cleaning and organizing. Norm would be proud!....Great Job!!! :thumbsup: Doug

Looks real good Mark... Did you get one ten' piece of ply for the sides , or is it joined? Also what are those little round holes up top for??? Really nice build!!! :thumbsup:

Hey John,

It's one 10 foot piece. Don Hartman in Cincinnati, Ohio actually started this build and had the trailer custom made, completed the floor and cut the profile. He had too many other projects going on and we bought it from him when we got back from the ADK. The holes on the outside are for exterior lights, and the ones on the inside are where the light switches will go.

We have all the inside cabinets completed now and installed the ceiling today. The electrical is all completed except for the outside lights and front reading lights.

The Petcool set-up seems to working okay. I still have to secure the duct work and paint that connecting pipe black.

It was 73 degrees today at 3:00..... pretty hard to believe around here!

We got the fenders ordered from Grant today. May be ready for LCGIII!

Hi, your tear looks great! I keep doing double takes, I haven't seen alot of builds with this profile, I keep thinking my trailer is green!

Do you have any close up pics of the body where the hatch will meet at the hinge? I am trying to to figure out how I am going to do mine since the galley wall and roof do not meet at a 90 angle.

Hey Thomas,

I looked through your pics trying to figure out your situation, and the only one I saw looked like there was not a spar (yet) where the galley hinge goes. Are you using a hurricane hinge? I am, and my last spar will set perpendicular to the curve of the roof, and on top of the galley wall.

Hope that makes sense, sorry no pictures yet.....

Man I got so many ideas that I am thoroughly confused.
I decided to do my own thing as pitiful as I think it'll turn out.. :lol:

Working on the galley cabs now..

Yup that makes sense, you are putting the last spar ontop of the galley wall where as my galley wall is in front of it. I will think about the feasibility of possibly trimming down the galley wall to install a second spar. I don't want to hijack your thread so I posted a new topic on the subject:

We got the galley finished up today, except for the vent over the PetCool. Still hope to have it ready for the LCG. I have sent the form to the Highway Patrol to get the trailer inspected and get a VIN so I can get it registered and tagged.

We're off to Cloud Canyon tomorrow with the Georgia Chapter. :applause: :applause:

Skin the hatch, add the trim, fit the fenders and hit the road!
