Hopefully someone will have a picture. I haven't bought mine yet but it is a handle that has a tab that goes through a hole and attaches to the inside handle. Then you cut the excess tab off. The inside handle has the button that, from what I'm seeing, latches on the door jamb. I have to use this because my walls are 2" thick. It looks very easy to install and looks nice too. I hope I've described it right. If you see a picture, you will recognize it right away. I think it is fairly common.

One thing I would recommend, build your camper with 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" walls. It's easier to find accessories like vents, door latches, windows, etc. Just my two cents. Anyone else have any thoughts on this.
Have a great day and hoping the weather is great no matter where you are!!!

Signed, Me
