I was checking out your site and got to looking at your a/c unit. Is the plug still attached to the back? I took mine out so that the condensation can drain better. The bottom of my unit is designed as a tray to hold the condensation, with the plug removed, it will drain out the back before the tray overflows. Yours may be different but you may want to check into it.
