Thanks Guys!

I need to bend it to a 6" radius. I guess I can always use some heat to coax it a bit if it doesn't want to go.....

...R/C, try a search for annealing. I turned up 15 hits that just about cover it all
my own personal results with annealing show that if done correctly you can bend(& beat) your trim into most radius's and remember that you can anneal your aluminum more than once if necessary

p.s. remember you will need a good rubber mallet or dead blow hammer and a block of hardwood as a dolly, I also found the "candle" method works well if you don't have the eye for the plain yellow flame method...remember YMMV

Hey,
Speaking of weather stripping and what not around the doors...
I've got a canned ham in the back of my shop right now... In for glass replacement.
I noticed that it has a screen door right behind the door. It's hinged with offset hinges, so that both doors pivot on the same pivot point.
Has anyone done something similar on their teardrop?

Door Seal

There is stuff called Tacky Tape that makes a very good seal. It will also help hold in the door to the wall.
