Hello all,

Saturday August 23, 2008 will be the last day to register for The Third Autumn Run / Peach Days / MTG.

So, if you have been thinking about registering for Peach Days. Now would be a good time too.

After this weekend. I will start packing the trailer for Brigham City and parts unknown.

The new logo tee shirts should be ready soon. I will have our logo sticker at the gathering too.

Checking the "Database" today, it looks like we have eleven trailers and about 22 people signed up for the event so far.

If you have not signed up for a One Pot Luck Dinner with a ingredient item yet.

Please let me know or post in "Database" at Salty Teardrops. Thanks.

No one has join the parade this year for Peach Days events from our group. Maybe next year...

See you in Brigham City,

Paul

Hello all,

Lisa and I have arrived home after the Third Autumn Run at the Peach Days events in Brigham City, Utah.

Thanks to the members that came and helped us have a wonderful event at the Brigham City KOA Campground!

Our camp hosts Kevin and Kathy were just great to us!

Kevin hooked us up with Chad & Corby Booth of the Outdoor TV Program At Your Leisure ! http://www.atyourleisure.info/index.asp

They took pictures of all our trailers and talked with me at the KOA. It was fun show off a little bit. Who knows maybe I will have 15 sec. of fame... LOL Thanks, Kevin!

We had fun each night at the KOA camp fire ring with our one pot dinner the first night. Then ice cream, hamburgers, hot dogs, watermelon, fresh peaches.

Everyone pitched in to make this event fun for all. We even made two new friends at the KOA campgrounds. They were on a vacation from Canada on there way to Zions Nat. Park. in a Scamp trailer. They have there very own Salty Teardrops logo tee shirts and will join us online when they return home.

The Teardrops and Tiny Trailers book by Douglas Keister from Gibbs Smith Press were BIG HIT with everyone. http://www.gibbs-smith.com/
I am sure we will enjoy reading this great book for years and years to come. Thank you Kimberly!

Everyone received a new Utah Salty Teardrops logo tee shirt too. Along with lots of other welcome gifts from Lisa and I.

See ya in the Spring!
