I still like the HAPPY CAMPER theme, even with the black background fabric. :) :) :) Maybe YOU are the Happy Camper in the Sunshine Inn. :miriams:

I have not been able to find any happy face material I like to go with the camper, so I am going to to try to make something just black and yellow for now. Also I put the happy face lights, you send me, one on each door. They work great there, now we have mood lighting!!! :lady:
Can't wait to get to see your tear!! I bet it will be grand!!

Happy Face Fabric

Postby BillandMarijo » Fri Sep 12, 2008 7:26 pm

There is some Happy Face Fabric on E-Bay. Even some vintage stuff from the 70s.
Hope that helps.
Good Luck,
Marijo :D
Hope to see you on the road.

Thanks, guys! We actually have a "working" hatch and doors on hinges complete with windows installed as of yesterday. This week is door & hatch latches, gas shocks to hold up the hatch and we're hoping to resin everything this coming weekend.
:woohoo:

I'll keep looking for some fabric for you Dana. Does the hat light work??

Hat light is great!

Postby enigmak » Mon Sep 15, 2008 6:13 pm

The hat light worked great!!! I used it when we camped with Pam and again at Blue lake. It got dark before I was finished cooking supper so I used it while I was cooking. It worked great I could use both hands to cook with and not have to hold a light or use the big lantern. Thanks for that one too!! I can't wait to see you guys at the last gasp!

Dana, are you guys going to Ottawa this weekend? I noticed that ReoRon out of Tulsa is planning to go to Ol' Marias. (See N. Central) We can't go because we're not finished with the camper, but we'll see you next week at Last Gasp.

But,only the true Hillbilly type has a yard like this one.

Is that really your yard? I think it's pretty cool.

Hey, Becca.

That's KP's yard in KS. He's recycling!! Actually one of those cars he brought back from Aunt Dolly's farm and we have a picture of our Dad leaning across the hood shooting at something when he was a youngster. He also has the license plate that is in the picture.;)

By the way...we have a sister named Becca, too.

Hi Cynda. I take it KP is your brother. He has a cool yard. Thanks for sharing that photo.

Where does your Becca live? I'm from Louisiana...but I'm stuck in Tampa, FL. Been here 13 years and I still miss Louisiana. Colorado is such a beautiful place. My best friend from childhood lives in Denver...well actually, she owns a home in Denver but lives in Idaho Springs, CO at the tip top of a very remote mountain. Been there twice and scared the cr*p out of me getting up there. But so worth it...just beautiful.

Hi Miss Pam. Image

Fran is bugging me big time to come up early next year and I do have a plane ticket that I have to use so I may be taking a trip in Jan. or Feb. and I would just love to meet you. I will be talking to Frannie in a couple of days so we can decide the days she has off. She works from home as a Continental Res. Agent., which is convenient. I will get back to you soon.
