I'm pretty sure that if this "weed" could have been used for what you are thinking, the Louisiana lakes would be crystal clear right now!

MK--the Matagorda space alien is a reference to the UFO that appeared at the Matagorda camp-out his summer that had local residents and the local constables all shaken up. It might have just been gaseous vapors from a couple of teardrop campers.
