Finally got around to putting the doors together and cutting the outer skin to mount them. At least it is starting to look like a TD now

Thanks to Grant for the windows and door latches, just wish I had ordered the T molding to go around them too! :oops:

Also got the ceiling installed, so the interior work is on the way. Some panelling, a bulkhead and some shelves and we'll be camping :twisted:

The roof is already framed for it and wired, but I went with a Shurflo Comfort Air Silver vent instead. This one has a reostat control for infinite speed adjustment and is whisper quiet. It's on the shelf, I hope to install it tomorrow

Make sure you have a catch on them doors so you don't break the windows on the side of the trailer.

A short piece of lightweight chain and a spring should do the trick. A light breeze will make the doors swing back pretty hard, so a stop is already in the works.

Looks great Jeff on the door/window. I like you selection of fans. I might get one of those for my metal flake black Weekender ( or hope to be steel-clad and painted by LCG III). :thumbsup:

I used the EPDM rubber membrane for the roof. It was laid down in one piece covering the plastic hinge and hatch. It looks like this method will stop a lot of complaints of leaks at the hatch hinge area.
