Welcome to the forum from the other side of Florida. Are you building or did you buy one or like many, still thinking? ;)

Hi Ken, welcome to the forum. I'm sure many of us would like to know a little bit of what brought you here, if you are interested in camping, or plan to build or buy a vilntage trailer or a teardrop. Many of us have been on the fence too, so enlighten us a bit. Thanks.

Hi Ken,
Welcome to the forum. Be sure to read the information about getting started and listing pictures. It takes a little while to learn your way around, but it is fun. I am a newbie from Georgia with a tiny travel trailer instead of a Teardrop. There are several fall gatherings coming up, one in Florida and one in Georgia. It might be time to join in on the fun. KF

How I came here

Postby AzureDolfin » Sun Oct 05, 2008 10:22 am

Thank you all for the warm welcome.

I am at the "thinking about it" phase. I was telling Mike, I found out about tear drops/tiny trailers in a TV show on one of the cable channels (HGTV, Travel, etc). I was fascinated by this idea, and realize that this idea goes back to the early 1930's. I can't really tell you why these tiny trailers really fascinate me , but they do.

Again, I am looking forward to interacting with all of you (or as they say down here "y'all"..LOL) and sharing my thoughts & ideas. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Warm regards,

Ken aka AzureDolfin

Welcome Ken! I live in Brandon, right outside of Tampa. You will love this forum and the people on it...they are so very helpful. I am enjoying my Teardrop and get lots of pointing and  when I am on the road. There are some top-notch builders here, guys and gals.

Welcome aboard.

When you get to the sawdust stage, take lots of :pictures: :pictures: :pictures: to keep the bubble oil level and keep the Madones happy.
