I'd like to see IRA someday at a campout. The rate things were a goin' I figured that he'd probably park his tear in his living room to camp.

Sounds like it puts them just about my age. They may have me a year or two though. After many years I took a full retirement in 1990 if that gives you any idea.

Madjack,
Your mom is closer to me in age. Your dad well that's another story. Call me ol timer 2 as I guess that he is entitled to be the ol timer. My mother was born in 1910, so they were closer in age. You made my day, I feel like a kid again.

...O.T. my Dad was born the day the Titanic sunk. He was always fond of telling us "two truly great things cold not exist in the world at the same time...one of 'em had to go". Sadly we lost him several years ago, so unless Arne wishes to dispute the title(or anything else) you be da man with the title of "Old Timer"

Ol Timer,

Congrats on reaching a fine old age, my dad will be 97 in October and is still going strong (for a 97 year old). Two of his sisters lived to be 103 and 107, so he should be around for a while yet. Makes my 52 seem like I am just a kid.
