* Heavy-duty painted steel frame. A-frame tongue. Undercoated and sealed for sound, corrosion and rust protection. AL-KO Kober brand axle (made in USA). Comes with manufacturer warranty. Axle rated to 3500lbs. Passes all DOT requirements and is road ready. Teardrop Cabin rests on a hardwood frame that is sealed and completely bolted to the steel frame. Comes with swivel boat style jack (rated at 1000lbs.) and safety chains. Wheels are aluminum alloy. 14" Mission Tires ST205/75/14. Rated for highway travel. Three leaf spring suspension for a nicer pull.
* All exterior trailer lighting is D.O.T. approved for long lasting life. Brake and Tail lights are L.E.D. for long life.
* Independent 12 volt interior electrical system AND 120 volt interior electrical system. Either run lights off of on-board battery or plug into shore power (campground, etc.) for complete power. 2 - 120V Power Outlets in the interior cabin allows plugging in of TVs, radios, computer, etc. The galley area comes complete with a GFCI protected circuit. The galley is also complete with an overhead 12V light for nighttime use. The interior cabin features 2 - 12V Lights and 2 - 120V Light for your pleasure.
* Galley features removable counter surfaces and a generous storage area underneath. Galley walls/cabinets/wood surfaces are coated in Clear Laquer finish for durability. Storage area under deck is approx. 25" LongX60" WideX17" Deep. Provides space for storage of cooking goods, clothing, food, etc.
* Ventilation is provided through a opening roof hatch with screen and 2 Sliding windows in the side doors.
* Interior cabin comes with new carpeted ceilings, walls and floor. Features a padded headboard and front storage compartment (10" LongX60" WideX20"Deep) and shelf. Top is insulated and does feature a opening vent with screen. Walls and floor are carpeted to provide protection, comfort and insulation against the cold nights. Note: The carpet on the walls are a low shag. The floor carpeting is berber and is different in color than the walls/ceiling. Ultimately most teardrops contain a mattress so the floor is covered up. With a small 12volt heater this trailer will allow camping down into the 20's.
* Themed in chrome. Thin chrome trim highlights the warm tones of the red oak trim without being too much.
* Removable steel painted fenders add a craftsman's touch. Inside the fenders are coated with truck bedliner for extra protection.
* Each door has a chrome lock with inside handle and the galley hatch is secured with 2 chromed locks. The locks are KEYED alike.
* Standard 4 flat wire trailer wiring. Each light has it's own independent ground to lessen risk of shorts.

* Comes complete with Michigan Certificate of Title. VIN number is attached. The trailer base is a HF trailer. The State of Michigan recognizes this as a utility trailer and it is titled as such. The VIN is attached on the frame permanently. No warranty is expressed or implied as to YOUR states acceptance of this title. MOST states do not have a problem titling this as a trailer but if there are any questions please consult your state. The teardrop is ready to pull down the road. It has been pulled about 100 miles to check lights, suspension issues, pull-ability, etc. It has shown NO problems or issues. I would not hesitate to pull it across country. It DOES NOT include any bedding, mattress, or appliances.
First $3000 takes it. Can't store over the winter and have one other project still in the works. Wife says it has to go. Will consider all trades, barters, etc.
