Still $2.58/9 around here. I don't do the Citgo or 7/11 places. I avoid 7/11 around here mostly because they are all owned by people who don't pay taxes.

I saw $1.89 per gallon at several stations here in Cincinnati, although I've heard word of slightly lower prices.

I was excited yesterday to see $2.79! I got it for $2.75 with a discount card and thought i was in heaven. I have said before our trees are beautiful but there is a redwood curtain!

Here much more to the south in Goleta---100 miles north of L.A. one of the cheaper stations is $2.71 today.
The red wood trees may make some difference, but the biggest difference maker is California.

The wife saw it at $1.84, the lowest I've seen it is $2.09
Amazing the price difference from one side of a big city to the other.

I would pee my pants if I saw $1.99.

The other day, when my coworker said he paid $2.35, my eyes lit up and we laughed and laughed. We were so giddy about it, I felt kinda stupid.

 8) Not! It is down to $1.93 again. This is just proof that the futures market was being financed by credit and they weren't taking delivery. As soon as that crap stopped the price went down and the markets with it. Paper money in a tornado. :lady: :eyebrows:
