I got mine from Lil Bear. The galley and hatch hinges are different.

...get the "hurricane" hinge for your galley hatch from Grant at L'il Bear...your door hinge will depend on how you build your door...a piano hinge of some sort, either flat or offset will be what you are looking for

igofhn,
Austin Hardware has a wide selection on hinges.

I purchased an aluminum hinge for the doors from Austin. (shipping was almost as much as the hinge) The hatch hinge from Lil'Bear. Get the hatch hinge a little longer than the width of the hatch as this will help divert rain from entering the galley.

Speaking of doors. I have my walls made out of 1/2 ply wood and ripped in half 2x4's with 1/8 luan inside. They are stuffed with 1 1/2 foam insulation. Should I make the doors the same or make them a little thinner?

igofshn,
What ever works is the rule of thumb. My doors, per Kuffel Creek, are the same as the sides. Built just like yours. I saw a post about someone's doors warping when just 1/2' plywood was used.

You will need to off set by about 1/4" to allow for weather stripping around the door. Denny Unfried's web site has a good detail shot of the door.
