Where can I purchase Filon panels. I live in the Pacific Northwest. I seen some on All Rite Rv's website but it seems very expensive.

It is very expensive. Try a smallish commercial trailer manufacturer or repair shop to see if they have scraps. If all they make are 40' commercial trailers it's likely that they would have leftovers.
