We just had our first blizzard in about 5 years. Lots of wind and snow. But one of the nice things about living in the middle of the US is knowing the sea will never rise and get us. Prayers for you Heiki! :worship:

Good Evening Everyone

Wow that was a rough 2 -3 days of some nasty weather however now its past us and things have quieted down to normal for awhile anyway.
And we are fine. Lots of cleaning up around our house and different locations in Finland.

Had the repairmen come out and replace lots of roof tiles and other roof
repairs. We were not alone so they were busy. Lots of trees down and even a huge 5 meter cross on a church downtown had just been hanging by a few brackets, heavy in weight but luckily the repair crew got to it before it fell down 15 meters on top of someone..

I hope thats the end of it. A new porta garage for our tear was ordered by the Insurance company and some repairs needed to be done to the hatch on it. Looks like the fiberglass was enough to have the roof tile bounce off but left a deep gouge in the back end with a tear in the vinyl as well.

It didnt leak at all which is a positive sign.

Ok well back to so called normal life again.

Thanks for your thoughts and nice warm replies everyone. It helps.

Glad you are ok. A bit extreme but at least you found out your tear won't leak

Auntie M you know how the beginning started on the Voyager correct?
Ive rebuilt it totally if you recall? I,ll fix it in a hurry.. I luckily enough have lots of vinyl left and apply a fiberglass patch ..it wont be visible.
But sure could of been worse.

Cold Cold predicted next week.. But yes we are going to get blasted by cold weather shortly..
