4th Beavers Bend gathering March 27,28,29 2009.

Postby Coca Cola Teardrop » Thu Dec 04, 2008 10:37 am

I have reserved the Buckeye Section for March 27, 28 and 29, 2009

There were only 23 sites available (I checked every weekend in March and April) and the entire campground was not available.

I will call every few days to see if any reservations have been cancelled and take any openings and post immediately.

We will have the option on Sunday to reserve for 2010 with 1 night's deposit so we might want to keep this in mind. I will try to remember to announce this at the Pot Luck supper.

Rates have increased as with everything else.
Sites are $23.00 per night and adding a tent is $10.00 per night.

Seniors get a $2.00 per night discount. If you qualify for the discount drop me a note with your payment and go ahead and subtract the discount.

Please send deposit of $23.00 or full amount of $46.00 to:
Charles D Modisette
4022 State Hwy 7 West
Pollok, TX 75969

If you choose to send a deposit that is perfectly fine. Balance will need to be paid for by March 13,2009.

I'll be watching for your payments.

I will post names on the list as the funds arrive.

Thank you all for making this event the 4th annual. We definately need to reserve the entire Buckeye campground before we leave for 2010.

Linda, we were wondering if there is a senior discount this year? You never know and the more we save one place helps to go to another gathering somewhere else. As soon as I get your post I will send our money in.

Thanks,
Grani

Grani, Thanks for reminding me. I added info on the senior discount at the top of this thread.

Seniors get a $2.00 per night discount. You may go ahead and deduct the discount from your payment.

Linda,

Please add me to the list. I will put the money in the mail tomorrow.

Do they have any discounts for students?
