G'Day Magilla and welcome to the forum. I've built a couple of offroaders already. Whereabouts in Oz are you situated?

Yeah, leave plenty of photos or Auntie M gets real untidy

Hello Paul, I know of you from another fine tear dropper forum.
I am situated in Colac , South West Victoria, in the South East area of Australia, about 45 minutes from the Great Ocean Road.
I would have put up my sketch but I am not very computer savvy. As soon as I get some pics I will whack em up

Image to the playground Magilla. Now first thing to understand around here is Aunti is never untidy   Except in the garage. 8) And we really need the pictures to keep the bubble oil level and the MadAussie happy. Bet you can guess who that is

Good have you aboard, welcome to the best TD site on the net. We are looking forward to pics, the particulars about the happy get-togethers with other Oz teardroppers and perhaps a few questions we might be able to help you with. Good luck on your build.

No I have only seen a couple in the flesh, one when I was a kid at a vintage rally and a few in recent years coming through town. I have seen heaps on the net there is quite a good Aussie forum here with a fair bit of activity

I have to admit i didn't build it my self. I am a self employed painter and decorater, a good mate of mine builds trailers and camper trailers. He needed some painting so we did a trade. I supplied him with the dimensions and we had some beers and this is the result.
The frame is 2650x1500, on slipper springs, electric brakes, 16" rims with 265/75 R16 tyres.
The body will be 3000x1500x1500 when done
