:beer: :beer: We lived in Germany for four years where we learned several important facts:

1. According to Germans, beer is a food ( and if you have ever had German beer and experienced the half inch of yeast in the bottom, you know this is true!)
2. There is no day upon which it is inappropriate to drink beer.
3. Each town in Germany apparently has its own microbrewery and is very proud of its beer (most are great!).
4. Bratwurst should be served on a hard roll (wait...I digress!)
5. Mass transit is essential in a culture where people drink beer a lot! :guzzle:

Careful there, that can is misleading!!! That is in fact just poorly flavored river water that can do all kinds of harm to mind and body.....no real beer in there at all!!!! 8) :lol: :lol:
