You might also check around for what thickness rigid insulation that you have available. In Juneau, I can't find 3/4, only 1". So I needed to rip from 5/4 stock for convenience.

If an apology is in order please consider it offered. I was NOT making light of the planning stage. I would hate to see all the paper and chicken scratches I made while building "Chubby" . It is just that so many folk seem to be so paralized with the fear of making a mistake they never get started. A custom build is a fluid exercise. It will change and evolve somewhat, the better the plan the fewer changes. It seems incomprehensible that my build will be 2 years old in April of 09 and I still do not have the doors dressed out inside and the halo trim on the exterior. Maybe I have that deer in the headlights syndrome just don't know where to jump.

So with my apology I wish you well on your build

No apology is needed. I'll remember to throw one of these high-tech smilies you guys have in with my response next time. I'm not worried at all about making any mistakes. I already do that enough in my day-to-day activities I'm pretty used to it 8).
