this was on ebay twice and didn't sell.

I almost bought it, but the guy was a little "squirrely". The trailer has water damage and other problems and no title. When I asked him about a current registration and if it was transferable he said "no but I can get one". just my two cents but it just seemed a little to risky for me...

Usually if there is visible water damage on the interior walls it is widespread where you can't see it. The trailer is definately restorable but I would prepare yourself for a lot of work. When I bought a 58 Fan, I had every intention of restoring it. When I took down the interior wall panels, I found that about 80% of the framing was completely rotted from water damage. It was amazing that the thing didn't collapse in on itself! That's when I decided to salvage what I could and morphed it into the FanDrop.

Do you have a photo of the 58 fan you could post? It would be interesting to see your inspiration.

Don't get me wrong, I love Shastas however, some of those early colors were so very ugly... I wish I had the $$$ to buy and renovate that one...
