The wife likes that one as well. After Una has her shots we can really get to the outdoors. Right now we still need to be a bit careful.

Heikki:

How often are you required to do rabies shots for dogs? It has been every year here in Arkansas, but our legislature is supposed to change that requirement to every 3 years during this session. I have been told that some veterinarians here would vaccinate every 3 years if you signed a wavier.

You do have a good question that I cant answer to since this is our 1st pup. I,ll make sure I ask the question from the vet tomorrow evening our time. My 1st pup actually. The wife would know but she,s sleeping.

However we were told that after this coming 1st shot. another shot is required as an additional in 3 or 4 weeks.

I,ll reply to you after we get back on it. Here they are real strict about the shots and requirements that I know.

Let me see if I cant get a quicker reply from the Kennel.

Regards

Heikki ;)

Ok I received a reply from the Kennel. This is what she says.

1st rabies vaccination is given at 4 months old. Then one year after that.
And then every 2 years there after.

We tried the outdoor photos for you but with me alone and the dog on the leash did not provide any good photos to show.

We,ll get some though with the wife out with us also.

Stay tuned.

Una looks like she got caught with her paw in the cookie jar in that pic.

Here's one today of Gidget and a 12-week old Collie, Nero. Gidget is unaccustomed to being second fiddle in public but today Nero was the star.

The word Nero or name Nero means genious or very intelligent in the Finnish Language. Just had to let you know. :) :)

Because of my Abbie's size, she much prefers to play with her cats.

Here is a link to one of her youtube videos.

I think there is an option to watch it in a higher video quality, too.

Mary K:

Yeah, everybody comments on Pippin's tail. It is freaky! Even the vet says she has never seen one like it.
