Remember? You member?

My wife asked me what movie this line was from, "Remember? You member?" and I cant remember. It seems like Tom Hanks said it. The radio station she listens to plays that line on their morning montage mix. It's been driving me nuts for 3 days now. Can anyone help me get some sleep? I've tried movie quote searches and can't find anything.
