Yet another great unrelated T&TTT find on our forum. Thanks for sharing. This reminds me of a point I often make about exercise and our aversion to "effort".

Everything has to be as "effortless"? No one acknowledges the truth that hard work is required for results, and equally, no one celebrates the greatness of "doing" hard work?

So yeah, this guy is dead on (and an awesome speaker).

It was a longer Youtube video than I normally watch. While I also watched the time elapse bar come to an end, I wanted to hear more. That was a great keynote speech.
