not quite like a fruit cake but heading that direction.

They do come out somewhere between Cake and Brownie but taste great.
I like mine better mixed with buttermilk and a pinch of salt. If adding semi-sweet chips a little more sugar helps unless you're a dark choc. fan.
Since I don't need the egg I'm gonna try it with 1 Tbs flax seed and 3 Tbs water as a substitute for the egg. I SERIOUSLY doubt if that'll work in this res. but works great in Waffles and such with no major "rise" factor and binding only is the issue.
I used white dulce chips last time -- Yummy -- even though they all sunk to the bottom just spread'em around when you eat.
Anyone tried it with SR flour?
