All I have to do is pull a pin, swing tire out, pull another pin, lay tire flat, and I have a table. When it is returned upright it is secured with the second pin, then it swings back into place and is secured into the hole with the first pin inserted to secure it in place. Does that make any sense? It is very easy to use. Now I just have to make a table cloth for it.
