No exercise for me today. The weather has been cold, windy, and rain mixed with some sleet. Plus, I am resting a foot injury so I can play in a tennis tournament tomorrow and the rest of the weekend.

I did some weights this morning, and played 2 sets of tennis this afternoon. I am sure I burned extra calories since the tournament is being played outside and it was about 40 degrees when I played. BRRRR!

Played more tennis this evening and now I will drown my sorrows with red wine and Thin Mint cookies and try not to worry about trailer sway and other stuff.

Joanie made me stop working on the tear early and took me roller skating this evening...
It was fun, 'til I biffed.
Hope to be up and around again in time for work on Monday morning.

As soon as we get some warmer weather, I'll get back to my (8-10miles) biking. I love to get up early and ride (about 4 miles) to our park, then cruise around town along the river. The climb up the streets leading away from the river are fairly steep and provide a great workout.

In the meantime, one of our friend gave us an "Elliptical trainer" that they were replacing. It works great. 20 minutes a day is a good workout too.

There is still nothing better than being outside.

Took the dogs for a 3 mile walk today, and they sure were happy.

I have also vacuumed and mopped so that must count for something.

:D http://www.thewalkingsite.com/10000steps.html  I guess I have always wanted a pedometer. This looks more doable for us. Maybe not as boring. Do you know how big Bass Pro Shops is? 8) Or the river walk.
