I want to thank Mike and everyone else I havent responded to for the great welcome. I just realized that I didnt reply to everyone individually. Im just so excited it just got away from me :) Anyway, I got my deck on and today I purchased the sides and got my pattern drawn out. Maybe tommorow I can cut it out. Im also in the middle of a remodel and the people need it done by the end of the month so I cant go as fast as I would like. I will post more pictures In a couple of days. Thanks Again.

PS..Does anyone know where to get the rubber window gasket? Its a channel for the wood and plexiglass so I can make my own stationery windows.

Dana,
JC Whitney carries window gasket. There are many other suppliers. I'm sure someone else will post some suppliers. And you can check "Rich's List" at the top of the page for a list of suppliers.

Thank You for your reply. I checked JC whitney just now and they have auto weather strip but I didnt have any luck finding the double channel. I checked the supplier on "Richs List" and still had no luck. So I still cant find it. But thanks for your help anyway. :)

Dana,
punch this stock number into the WHITNEY SITE:
WV812557.That stock number is for 1/4 glass. They have it in other sizes.
It's called "window weatherstrip for all vehicles".

MsDana,

I'm hazarding a guess, MsDana can correct, but I'm guessing the weather stripping needed is a double channel that fits the ply wood side (3/4, 5/8, 1/2, 3/8, 1/4, or 1/8 in) with another channel for the plexiglass. Again assuming 3/4 plywood side that would be a 3/4 x 3/16 weather stripping. IRRC I've seen such a monster but can't recall where.

Still looking,

Geron,
That's the stuff the link I posted gets you to. It comes in various sizes of glass and sidewall thickness. I think it can be found cheaper than Whitney. The link Rob has posted is dead, but the supplier he used was Austin Hardware.
