1.5 hours of tennis this morning.

Walked the dogs on a 3 mile round trip to the post office and the bank, then came home and sat on the deck and read.

Just walked the dogs on a 2 mile round trip to the store for salmon, zucchini, and squash for dinner. Now it is time to sit and drink a glass of wine while I cook it all on the grill.

Today we walked two miles to the park and back home.

Been running alot this week and really concious about my calorie intake. Ive gone from 222.2 lbs on march 1 to 212 yesterday. I hope I can keep it going. On a lighter note I can finally get my rollerskates to go backwards without them kicking my butt. hateful things they are, lololol
quite a bit different to turn 180 degrees than my 190 cm downhill skis..I have eaten alot of maple floor and pride in the past year...Keep up the good work all!!!! Paul

Congrats, Paul, on the weight loss!!! And on being able to skate backwards. I could never could do that, even when I was young.

Now that I am back from my first camping trip and lots of hiking, I walked the dogs 3 miles in the neighborhood, and that included a stop at the grocery store to pick up something for dinner.

Today was a tennis match, and then I came home and walked the dogs around the neighborhood for 3.5 miles and that included a stop to pick up something to grill for dinner. After that, I sat on the deck and read while enjoying a perfect weather day.

Saturday we did an easy 10 miles or so on the tandem outside.

Sunday we did a group road ride of about 12miles.. it was cold windy with a little snow.

Then we had our ice races. 13 of us inside on a hockey rink. It was a great workout.. and a blast :D

Played 1.5 hrs. of tennis yesterday morning and then walked the dogs 3.5 miles that included stops at the bank and the post office.

I am just now back from a 2.5 mile walk with the dogs that was cut short due to threatening weather.
