I watched that video yesterday. Did you notice how everyone was rolling their eyes and blowing her off -- until she started singing. :lol:

I sure did! Did you notice how many of them had tears in there eyes afterward? I'm hoping some of those tears were tears of embarrassment over their rude behavior. This gal is such a little fireball! I hope to be able to purchase a cd of hers someday.

Um, dakotamouse, you know she already cut a CD a few years ago for charity. It would take a little hunting but I am sure they could be had.

ah, but there were only 1000 copies made. I'm thinking myu chances aren't very good. Also I'm not sure if it was just her work. :thinking:

As a general rule I don't watch these types of programs... I think they're a bit stupid if I'm honest, but in fairness to everyone rolling their eyes, these programs are usually littered with people who believe they sound like Elvis, but turn out to sound like a cat stuck in a tumble dryer.

People are so used to mocking people like Susan that they have a sort of standard reaction... personally I don't enjoy watching someone being made fun of when the judges and producers of the show must know that they don't cut it before it even starts... I don't believe all this so-called 'Live' audition stuff.

She's got a cracking voice though... wouldn't be surprised if she ended up in opera or something along those lines.

For any one who watches the video, after the introductions are done and a millisecond before she started singing she she smiled. Susan knew she was great before anyone else in the world. To me that is her greatest strength. She was just giving us the world a chance to see her talents. If at the end of the whole contest game she is eliminated, Susan Boyle will be Susan Boyle and proud of it. She didnt need anyone to make her what she is.... I love that women!
