I just can't wait for Joanne to get home this evening, so she can find out what I've been up to during her vist to Chicago.

Dude, you got rooked. The passenger side door latch is missing.
Holy cow, Rose is a teenager now! Done? Surely you jest. A teardrop is never "done".

I see the guy was nice enough to throw in a couple of good C clamps.. :)

So what are you going to do with it????

Lenny, that looks like WORK to me........

You might better throw a tarp over it by the time Joanne gets home. Do ya think ya will end up sleeping in it?

Good luck with your project.

What I plan for this puppy is a 2x3 frame with the 2.3, T5 and 7.5 LSD from an 86 Thunderbird Turbocoupe. I have the doors: at least the upper
two thirds of them. The pallets are mine: we just slid the body between the wheelwells of my pickup. Wish I'd gotten a picture, but took till Sunday to repair my camera.

Linda

Joanne didn't pitch a fit, last night, but then, she came in way late, and left early for clinical. Guess I'd best keep my fingers crossed till suppertime.

Lots of like minded folks there. Look for a thread on frame plans by a guy with the handle youngster... nice stuff, my next T frame will look like that one.....

restoration

Postby Shadow Catcher » Wed Apr 22, 2009 5:17 am

I am in the process of restoring a 72 and 74 Saab Sonett. Both followed me home, on the trailer. Got the first one on E-Bay, bid low and got it and had to tell my wife the next morning "dear I have a confession to make."

One will be restored stock the second will get a few "mods"

we get "followed me home syndrome" around this neighborhood about once a year.. Im only guilty of one T bucket but next door keeps my shop busy enough. The neighborhood includes 2 60 impalas one 2 dr hardtop one 4 door hardtop,, one 62 impala 2 door hardtop, one 67 impala convertible one 69 camaro rs/ss convertible in pace car trim, one 65 malibu SS hardtop. hopefully in the next year I can start on a 64 impala 2 dr hardtop. need another storage shed first so I can keep the T and the teardrop clean. Its about busy time of the year for me now. The shop will be getting busy..I love summer....
