Now that I have looked a little more, I am leaning a little more towards the Benroy design. Where did you end up putting you window ac unit in that design? As I am looking at the design, I am having trouble figuring out how to fit it in.

If found this. It's close, although not exactly what I built. I stretched it out a bit, and probably tweaked the AC shelf height.
