Chris, most likely it will be Saturday so that fits right in with your plans. :applause:

Just a guess but probably Sat am so everyone will have time to get back and prepare for the feast Sat evening also there might be people arriving later Friday evening that might want to join in the hunt.

Kurt,

I'm not even sure how to spell GPS, let alone have one. Rose and I are up to geo-caching. You never know, maybe you can teach old dogs new tricks.

Don't feel bad John; I though "Martial Arts" were paintings done by the Sheriff.

Hey Kurt,
Misty and I would be willing to do the "hunt", but we don't have a GPS unit. If we could get "drafted" onto a team that would be great. If there aren't enough units then that's ok. I can't wait to go camping. We are going to Salamonie this weekend, hopefully the weather is better. Can't wait to get out there and see everyone.

Most likely the geo casching hunt will be Saturday. For those that have hand held units designed for cars they may not be the best choice. You have to be able to enter latitude and longitude coordinates for waypoints, then navigate a bearing (compass heading) to the target. What makes it fun is finding an obsticle, like a lake, in your line of travel. The shortest distance is not always a straight line. 8)

I started with nothing and still have most of it left.

Have 4 for the newest banner order, I'm gonna give Todd the order Sunday so we can get them in time for the gathering. If you still want one let me know and I'll get you added.

Don't forget to bring something to hang your banners on so we can show them off that weekend

Little update the mounting holes are 10 and 5/8" apart center of hole to center of hole. There is also a pocket sewn into the top edge for a bar to be slipped through.

The Deepest spot in Lake Superior, the largest of the Great Lakes is 1,333 feet or about 222 fathoms. This profound depth could easily contain the entire 1,250' Empire State Building, even with a 50-foot-tall King Kong perched atop.
