That tear looks to have some nice features. Bone up on your 12V trailer basics, like knowing how to manage the deep cycle battery, here:

http://www.ccis.com/home/mnemeth/12volt/12volt.htm

Don't feel like you have to read ^ the entire thing, but do read the "Battery" and charging info.

Now what?

Now make sure your tow vehicle is up to snuff. Have all fluids replaced, ideally, but if not, then at least topped off. Engine oil, engine coolant, transmission fluid (perhaps add a trans cooler?), power steering fluid, and, most importantly, brake fluid. You really should have the brake fluid flushed and replaced with fresh brake fluid. If you've never towed before, you'll need your brakes at 100% of their capacity. This includes having fresh brake pads as well.

After your tow vehicle is put right for towing what looks to be at least 1200 lbs (check your tow vehicle's owner's manual for it's suggested maximum tow capacity), you'll need to concern yourself with the tow vehicle's hitch, the trailer's tongue weight, and the trailer's level ride attitude.

See: http://tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?t=27404

Then, some tips for towing on the road!: http://www.sherline.com/lmbook.htm

Don't ignore the VALUABLE advice in that last link! It could mean the difference between long days of sketchy handling and driving fatigue or a fun, trouble-free trip. You might be then compelled to modify your forum username. Hee!

Stay safe! Have fun! Do your research!

Hope to see you camping sometime,

Good advice

I never ignore good advice!

Thanks, all. It's a process, thinking it all through. I may not be able to assemble all the right components, but I'm going to keep trying.

Image to the playground Joan. I sure hope you have a good digital camera so you can share the journey! :)

Be sure to check along the way for gatherings. They make a wonderful and safe way to spend the night! I really hope you enjoy the TD.
