Julie, Do you have a reservation and when would you need to leave to come down? I just called the park and they are full up right now . They will update their computer at 9:00 am in the morning and someone may cancel. We will be there at 9:00 and if there is an opening and you don't have a reservation we can get it for you. If you will pm me your phone number I can call and let you know, They have another group of 15 campers but the lady said she hopes the other group will be in Mesquite camp ground so we are still trying for Sagebrush. I'm back at home. Just like Beaver's Bend, I drove home in perfect weather.

Oh, well. I had fun in spite of the rain -- and almost blowing away Friday night.

Note to self: Don't use a cooler full of ice to hold down a tent in hurricane-force winds.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ..... to cousin Cindy & Dave for letting me know I could double with them... I'm so glad I went !!!

Got home just a little bit ago.. left the park about 3 and glad I went back around with Rodney (of the three tx tears) and we hiked/walked over to that 'cave' and got out and watched some kids and bikers... the weather was TOO good today to just leave. I stopped at some other overlooks on the way out of the park. GORGEOUS

Thanks for everybody's food, hospitality ~~ special recognition to Ruby & Ed) and for all the hugs! Thanks guys!

Jules

ps... sorry to rub it in Rick, but I did about 75 mph all the way home and got about 19.4 mpg.
