Many thanks for the condolences re: my wife

Things that don't fit anywhere else...

Roly,
Your love for your wife and faith in God is truly apparent. I feel so lucky to have read your beautiful story of your marriage to this amazing woman. As I read your words I could feel the love you feel for your wife. Imagine how loved she felt by you. As you travel in your wonderful Teardrop, enjoy your campouts and your many friends, know she is right by your side. I always felt talking about loved ones who are gone keeps them alive. Im sure you have many wonderful stories of her and lots and lots of friends who will never tire of listening to those stories.
Thank you for sharing her with all of us.
Marijo :applause:
Hope to see you on the road.

Thank you so very much for posting your love story. Such an inspiration! I'm still wiping the tears from my eyes. A mixture of sad and happy tears. Such a beautiful story! Newly weds should use it as a shining example of what love and marriage truly means.

Roly,

You guys really had a storybook romance. :applause:

Miriam and I have been married almost 30 years and you and Ollie are an inspiration to us. I just hope we can be blessed with as many years together as you both enjoyed.

We will keep you in our prayers.

P.S. Now get that 1/4 Nelson done. ;)

Roly,
I'd also like to thank you for sharing this with all of us. There's more I wish I could express, but I don't have the words.

God bless, and someday I hope we meet down the road somewhere :)

Roly,

Thank you for the heart-warming and inspiring account of your and Ollie's life together. That you are willing and able to so eloquently express your love for Ollie is a tremendous tribute to you both and to the institution of marriage.

I've always lived alone and your story makes me grieve for what I've never had.

If you haven't before, I would urge you to keep a journal of your thoughts in the months ahead and of your remembrances of your years together. I can't help but think Ollie would be looking over your shoulder as you write, as she surely is every day from the peaceful place she is now.

I hope you will be teardropping a lot this year. If I don't run into I'd like to give you a virtual hug

i'm not ashamed to say that your story put a lump in my throat and sent a tear down my cheek. that was beautiful.

you and i have so much in common (as you mentioned in my welcome thread). i too married my high-school sweetheart, also a stay-at-home mom, and i feel as happy with her as you did with Ollie. you and Ollie are an inspiration.

i look forward to meeting you in person.

Roly, I've enjoyed reading your posts. Your ability to post these last couple of threads, is at the very least nothing short of inspiring. I would hope that someday I might get to share a campfire with you,but if not I know that I've already been blessed. Thanks, Walt
