Was good to see everyone, but we would have like to stay and visit with yall some more. Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts for my kids in Pampa ... made it to Pampa to check on the kids and grandbaby AKA Tator ... things were pretty beat up. Son-in-law's car will probably be totaled. Lots of lots glass etc but the brunt of the storm passed about a half mile to the east of their house. It seemed that the weekend was doomed to excitement. When we went over, the kids were cleaning up, resting, and contemplating just how expensive the storm was gonna be for them but they say it comes in THREE"S.......Went to eat with them Sunday night before we left to come back to Amarillo, the kids went back home to find a swarm of bees wreaking havoc everywhere. Barely got into the house when they heard the dog screaming in the back yard.... ( is the brother to my little Sam... they are twinkies) anyway, poor Gus was covered with bees.. finally got him de-swarmed and in the house......Next day, vet bill was around $300.00. SO, it was a rough weekend in Pampa.
