The wheels came from Henderson wheel and rim in Salt Lake City. They are just a standard aluminum trailer rim. However my doors I ordered from Little Guy.

In looking for plywood for the interior walls and ceiling, most of the stuff I find is mdf core. Is this what everyone is using or do I need to keep looking for a plywood core?

1/8 inch plywood. It comes in several forms and you may have to take what you can get -- some places even seem to have a bit of trouble getting it. Luan is one form (which is actually kind of a cheap plywood), plywood is another (usually birch). I would try to use one of those if I were building out of wood. MDF is medium density fiberboard. It would probably work and I'm sure someone has used it before (nearly everything under the sun has been tried!).

I like how you had your frame planned out with all the stuff I thought about AFTER the fact! The hitch out back, spare underneath in the middle and the fenders already installed. Excellent!

Wow what did you use for the roof? Looks like 1/4".... What were your roof spar dimensions?

Yes, Thomas somtime the question is, Ok how am I going to do this with one person and that's where the fun begins. Kdog the roof is 1/4" and the spars are 3/4" X 1-1/2" Except the 2 by the vent there tripled and where the seams are there doubled.
