Hey Kurt,

Tom wanted to add something to your hot dog diet, so he made meatsauce for you! :) Will that make us good neighbors? Alan and Leslie keep hose biting Flamingos on your site! The weather in Long Lake was perfect today and we are expecting nothing less next week!

Well, even if the "Band" isn't finalized - I'll be haulin' harmonicas in every key, some duplicates, about 40 songs (some people may have heard) (some written before I was born) (some nobody has heard).
The Band is playing this Sunday but then we take the rest of the month off just so I can go to FCP at ADK then rest up from going to FCP at ADK!!!

Adirondack Life to Do Feature on Spring TearUp

Postby campadk » Wed Jun 03, 2009 7:48 am

Well folks its official! Annie Stoltice from Adirondack Life magazine and a photographer will be visiting us over the weekend to do a photo story on the TearUp phenomenon. Annie plans to come over, perhaps on Saturday morning. The feature will appear in Adirondack Life next summer (June issue?). She will be gathering a bit of info and a few quotes from campers.

So shine up those tears, sweep your campsite and head over to your hairdresser! You could be famouser than you are now next summer!

Jawbone, sounds like you've covered all the bases. This should be fun.

Mark, the "blues" tunes are usually no more than 3 (or 4) chord songs. :)

Sweet deal Dave! I wonder who the lucky ones are that will get pictures of their trailer in the magazine?

Hopefully we can all get copies of the magazine when it is printed.

Don't thank me. Rick had the original idea, and Mary was the one who had contacted them. Denis and Darla had the great idea to do the wine and cheese. We have a great crew with great ideas! Thanks everyone!

John & Susan,

Congrats on the new TD. Last fall we bought our 5x8 Silver Shadow and we love it. We'll be on #240 - hope you're able to make it.
